Highline fifth-wheels for the full timer market might be the product built by the joint venture recently formed by SunnyBrook RV Inc. and its co-founder David Fought.

A name for the new company has not been selected. Research is underway now to determine what potential names are available, said Jim Wilson, executive vice president of Middlebury, Ind.-based SunnyBrook.

The joint venture is looking at leasing a 22,000-square-foot building in nearby Lagrange, Ind., for production. Fought is speaking with dealers but a date for starting production has not been set, Wilson said.

Fought co-founded SunnyBrook, a builder of mid-priced travel trailers and fifth-wheels, during 1992. He sold his portion of SunnyBrook five years ago to the company’s stockholders, who are led by Elvie Frey, SunnyBrook’s chairman.

SunnyBrook owns a part of the joint venture and Fought owns the other portion. “David (Fought) has not bought back into SunnyBrook,” Wilson added.
