Manufactured Home Communities Inc. (MHC) has acquired Mt. Hood Village, a 450-site RV resort in Welches, Ore., for around $6.8 million. Mt. Hood Village is about 40 miles east of Portland and it is the only full-service RV resort in the Mt. Hood recreational area, according to the Chicago-based MHC. Rexhall Reports 4Q and Full-year Losses

Motorhome manufacturer Rexhall Industries Inc. reported losses for the fourth quarter and full year 2001. The Lancaster, Calif.-based company lost $1.6 million net during the three months ended Dec. 31, compared with a $451,000 net profit earned a year earlier. Rexhall lost a total of $2 million net during the full year 2001, compared with a $2.3 million net profit earned during 2000.
