Winnebago Industries Inc. announced it promoted Ed Barker to the newly created position of senior vice president and CFO, and Roger Martin to the position of vice president of sales and marketing.
Martin, who had been Winnebago’s director of marketing since 1994, replaces Jim Jaskoviak, who retired effective Jan. 10.
“Roger is extremely familiar with our sales and marketing strategies and has developed close working relationships with our dealer partners,” said Bruce Hertzke, chairman, president and CEO. “He has been instrumental in our past marketing success and will be vital in further developing our leadership role in the future.”
Barker had been Winnebago’s vice president and CFO since 1989. In his expanded capacity, he will broaden his involvement to all aspects of the operations while continuing to oversee Winnebago’s financial and purchasing operations.
“Ed’s long tenure with the company and his analytical abilities suit him well to expand his scope of involvement,” Hertzke said. “I appreciate and seek out his advice regularly on a variety of corporate matters.”
