Gulf Stream Coach will unveil the all new Visa lightweight travel trailer at the 47th Annual National RV trade Show Dec. 1-3 in Louisville, Ky. The 23-foot model has a dry weight of 2,586 pounds. Country Coach Inc. CEO Jay Howard went to court Wednesday (Nov. 25) hoping to negotiate survival of his company. He ended up bargaining for access to his own office at the Junction City, Ore., plant. RVIA: October Wholesale Shipments Surge 23%

Total RV shipments to retailers were reported at 16,600 units in the October survey of manufacturers, up 23% from this month one year earlier, according to the Recreation Vehicle Industry Associaiton (RVIA). On a seasonally adjusted annual rate basis, October shipments reached 216,000 units, topping 200,000 units for the third consecutive month.
