Scott Folkers Joins Winnebago’s Legal Staff

Scott C. Folkers has joined Winnebago Industries Inc. in the position of assistant general counsel.

Folkers, 48, received his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, College of Law, in Vermillion, S.D.

Prior to joining Winnebago, Folkers was employed as in-house counsel for John Morrell & Co. in Sioux Falls, S.D. He had previously worked as an associate attorney for Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith PC in Sioux Falls.

In his new position, Folkers will report to Raymond M. Beebe, Winnebago Industries’ vice president, general counsel and secretary.

A native of Waverly, Iowa, Folkers, his wife, Dana, and their sons Tim and Jake, will be relocating to Garner, Iowa.
