Boston RV Show’s Expecting 120 Exhibitors

boston_rv_expoThe New England Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association will sponsor the Boston RV & Camping Expo Feb. 3-6 in the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston.

The expo will feature the latest models in recreation vehicles, fifth-wheels, travel trailers, folding camping campers, camping supplies, accessories, campgrounds and travel information centers, according to a show promotion.

Member dealers hail from Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire.

The show, touted as New England’s largest RV show, will cover 118,000 square feet of display space and feature 120 exhibitors. Attendance is estimated to top 18,000.

According to show promotional material, the Boston show exceeds in size other New England RV shows, including the shows at Portland and Agusta, Maine, Manchester, N.H. , and Worcester, Mass., all have either 40,000 or 50,000 or 60,000 square feet of exhibition space at best (33% to 50% of Seaport World Trade Center); and Providence, R.I,. has 80,000 square feet  (67% of of Seaport World Trade Center).

    This had to be the most disappointing show Boston has ever seen! Pathetic would be a better word to describe it! 120 exhibitors? Look at the list in the above link, less than half of the supposed 120 numbers spouted!
