Pilot_LogoRV owners can now enjoy an enhanced loyalty program within the Pilot Flying J network of more than 550 interstate travel centers and travel plazas located across North America

Pilot Flying J today (March 1) launched enhanced RV benefits for Frequent Fueler Advantage. This loyalty program is the nation’s largest for RV customers, according to a news release.

While Pilot Flying J will continue to honor the current Frequent Fueler Advantage card and RV Real Value card (Flying J), RV users need to register those existing cards to qualify for the enhanced benefits. Based on registration information, Pilot Flying J can determine what customers value most and will tailor special offers accordingly. Customers who do not currently hold a card may pick one up at any Pilot or Flying J location.

“Pilot Flying J is proud to meet the fueling and other needs of more than 1.3 million people across the country every day,” said Pilot Flying J President and CEO Jimmy Haslam. “We’re excited to offer the enhanced benefits of the Frequent Fueler Advantage program to our RV owners, so we can better serve their unique needs and wants and reward their customer loyalty.”

Pilot Flying J will continue to honor the current Frequent Fueler and RV Real Value Card. Pilot Flying J is asking that all RV owners register their cards under the new program in order to take full advantage of all benefits.

Customers may register their cards at or at cashier desks and kiosks in Pilot and Flying J locations.

A unique feature of Frequent Fueler Advantage is that customers will be able to receive unrestricted instant fuel discounts at all fueling lanes. The previous 25-gallon minimum fill up for discounts has been lifted for registered card holders.

Existing and new cards will be honored at all Pilot Travel Centers and Flying J locations. Pilot Travel Centers and Flying J merged in July 2010, and Pilot Flying J will continue to operate the two brands at their 550 interstate locations.

Pilot Flying J plans to extend the rewards program to general consumers later in the summer.
