Funding Declines for Midwest RV Super Show

There is a potential snag in the planning of the Midwest RV Super Show in Elkhart, Ind., according to a report by WNDU TV, South Bend. The event is set to run Aug. 19-21 at Civic Plaza in downtown Elkhart. In 2009, the RV show was canceled after a 55-year run in Elkhart. Last year it returned to the Northern Indiana city, but with much lower turnout than organizers had hoped. Ford RV Refrigeration Training Center (FRVRTC) announced its training services will now include all recreational vehicle appliances. The 18th Annual STN EXPO Trade Show started off with a bang Tuesday as Blue Bird was joined by partners Ford and ROUSH CleanTech to display the latest Type C conventional Vision school bus powered by propane autogas and a bigger, faster 6.8L V-10 engine.
