Keystone RV Co.’s Alpine/Avalanche, Bullet, Fuzion, and Laredo divisions were honored with the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association’s (RVDA) highest honor, bringing to the number to six of Quality Circle Awards Keystone garnered this year.
According to a news release, the Quality Circle Award is based on a survey of RV dealers conducted by the association between April and July 2011, and recognizes dealer satisfaction in the areas of vehicle design and reliability, competitive advantage, communications, sales and service support. The awards will be presented to Keystone on Oct. 5 at a special ceremony as part of RVDA’s National Convention and Expo at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Group General Manager Ryan Juday noted that dealers selected Alpine/Avalanche in the division’s first year of eligibility. “A little over 16 months ago we set out to create a new luxury fifth-wheel line with a focus on quality and innovation,” he said. “Our dealers have confirmed that we are headed in the right direction by honoring Alpine/Avalanche with a Quality Circle Award.”
He added, “Bullet and Fuzion have now garnered two consecutive Quality Circle Awards and Laredo has earned its first. Add to this Cougar and Montana awards and it speaks volumes about Keystone’s commitment to taking care of our customers.”
Keystone dealers will have the opportunity to view new models and products during the company’s Open House Sept. 20-22 at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.
“Every Keystone division will have the newest products on display, many of these products shown for the very first time,” said Bob Martin, president of Goshen, Ind.-based Keystone. “In addition, the Open House will be a great opportunity to socialize and get to know one another better. I encourage all our dealers to come visit with us.”
