Based upon dealer responses to the 18th Annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, Oregon-based towables manufacturer Northwood/Outdoors RV will receive a Quality Circle Award.

Northwood/Outdoors RV was inadvertently left out of the news release identifying this year’s Quality Circle Award recipients. The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) regrets the error.

Northwood/Outdoors RV and the other Quality Circle Award recipients will be recognized during Celebrate Excellence: All-Industry Gala on Oct. 5 as part of the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo at the Rio All-Suite Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.
