Joe Range got into the RV business 40 years ago and has survived ups and downs in the economy, including the 1973 oil crisis. Calif. Firm to Manage Aspen-Area Campgrounds

Most of the campgrounds in the national forest surrounding Aspen, Colo., will be operated by a new management company for the first time in 12 summers next year, according to a report by the Aspen Times. Navistar to Locate Workhorse Operations in Ohio

Navistar International Corp. will move production for its Workhorse Custom Chassis Corp. subsidiary to a facility in Springfield, Ohio. As reported by the Springfield News Sun, Navistar closed down the Workhorse plant in Union City, Ind., this year. The Springfield plant will transition the Workhorse truck chassis line into production in mid-2012. Former Dutchmen VP Receives Prison Sentence

A former vice president for Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc. was sentenced to more than three years in federal prison after a conviction on a charge of wire fraud, the Goshen News reported. According to the U.S. Attorney’s office in South Bend, Ind., Mark Schwartzhoff, 43, Odessa, was sentenced by Judge Jon DeGuilio to 41 months in prison and ordered to pay $1,969,035 in restitution after he entered a guilty plea to wire fraud.
