Cummins Finds ‘Green’ Practices are Profitable

Engine maker Cummins Inc. is finding that going green can be profitable, according to an Associated Press report. Cummins has invested about $10 million in 70 projects in its Indiana facilities since 2007, leading to annual savings of $4 million. Tourism operators in New Brunswick, Canada, took a serious hit this year as fewer Americans came across the border, according to the latest provincial statistics.
