Spearhead, TaigMarks Program Addresses PR
Public relations as a way to drive sales and build brand awareness for business-to-business marketing is the next topic in the ongoing series of free luncheon programs conducted by Spearhead Sales & Marketing of Elkhart, Ind.
According to a press release, the next program is scheduled for May 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spearhead offices, 223 S. Main St., downtown Elkhart. It is open to sales and marketing executives from across Northern Indiana, including members of the RV industry. Registration is available online at http://b2b-publicrelations.com.
TaigMarks Advertising and Public Relations, a full-service marketing firm based in Elkhart, will lead the presentation. TaigMarks partners with Spearhead and Effect Web Agency to provide “turnkey services that effectively coordinate public relations with sales and marketing functions to achieve sales goals,” according to the release.
The luncheon event will address the proposal that business-to-business public relations is more than writing press releases, involving a number of approaches and tactics to build a company brand, drive sales and establish new customer relationships. Public relations has also evolved with the times, employing such vehicles as social media, blogs, special web pages, e-news bulletins and videos. The program will leave participants with specific suggestions for developing press releases and media contacts.
