Jeff Few to Direct Lippert Product Development

Lippert Components Inc., a subsidiary of Drew Industries Inc., announced today (June 13) that Jeffrey Few has been retained as the newly established director of product development.

According to a press release, Few brings extensive experience in the RV industry, as well as automotive and architectural design skills. He will focus on “state-of-the-art technology and automation to create innovative, high-quality RV products” by utilizing newly-developed proprietary machinery, tooling and assembly operations.

“Jeff has created a wide range of patented products, including several ‘industry-firsts,’ and his knowledge will be a very valuable asset,” said Jason Lippert, chairman and CEO of Goshen, Ind.-based Lippert Components and sister company Kinro Inc.. “We believe that smarter technology is the key to product improvement, innovation, and consistent quality, and Jeff’s expertise and experience in assessing and developing product concepts, and manufacturing processes, will take us in this direction.”

“Development of innovative products, and the right manufacturing processes to build them to the highest standards of quality are critical in meeting the needs of our customers,” said Scott Mereness, president of Lippert Components and Kinro. “Jeff Few is the best person to lead our efforts in this essential facet of our business. We are very pleased that he has joined our team.”
