Winnebago’s Hagen to Head Plant Engineering

Forest City, Iowa-based Winnebago Industries Inc. has announced the promotion of Ron Hagen to the position of plant engineering manager.

Hagen will be responsible for managing the plant engineering department, which includes oversight of Winnebago’s facilities infrastructure, improvement and modifications, as well as complying with required reporting to outside regulatory agencies.

A 29-year veteran of Winnebago Industries, Hagen joined the company in 1983 as a mechanical engineering tech and has served in various facility planning and plant engineer positions before being promoted to his current position.

Hagen is a native of Forest City and attended Waldorf College, Forest City, and Mankato State University, Mankato, Minn. He and his wife, Becky, reside in Forest City.
