CrossRoads RV Rolls Out New Service Program

CrossRoads RV announced the launch of a new service/support program, the 12-Point Promise, effective Sept. 1.

“We took a look at our current warranty process from the point of view of the dealer and the retail owner. We realized it could be improved,” said Don Emahiser, president of the Topeka, Ind.-based Thor Industries Inc. subsidiary. “The result is a genuine warranty package that allows CrossRoads dealers to provide world-class service to their customers.”

Emahiser said that the 12-Point Promise Program provides “a comprehensive platform for all aspects of owner satisfaction from delivery to maintenance to service.” It will also benefit existing customers as CrossRoads dealers are better prepared to service their needs. Complete information on the 12-Point Promise will be rolled out at the upcoming Thor Open House, Sept. 18-20 at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart.

“We truly believe the 12-Point Promise program is a tremendous value to CrossRoads dealers,” said Emahiser.

    Crossroads use to have a forum for people to exchange ideas and such. However it has been down now for quite sometime. No word if it is coming back on line. Sure would be nice for Crossroads to let people know.
