Niles Whitehouse

Forest City, Iowa-based Winnebago Industries Inc. today (Oct. 4) announced Niles Whitehouse has joined the company as western area sales manager, according to a news release.

In his new position, Whitehouse is responsible for the sales activities of the company’s Winnebago, Itasca and Era motor homes in the western portions of the United States and Canada, and also oversees district sales personnel in those areas.

Whitehouse, 43, has over 18 years experience in the RV industry, having most recently served as district sales manager for Forest River Inc. Past work experience also includes 13 years with Fleetwood Enterprises Inc., most recently serving  as director of sales, as well as sales related positions with other RV manufacturers and a large Texas-based dealer network.

Whitehouse attended Woodcrest Christian High School in Riverside, Calif., and graduated with a bachelor’s in business and political science from California State University in San Bernardino. He and his wife, Tifani, and two children will relocate to the Forest City area.
