Cummins Seeks Auto Buyer for Diesel Engine

Cummins Inc. is eager to bring a light-duty diesel engine to the U.S. market and is looking for an automaker that would commit to buy the engine to install in smaller pickups and SUVs – a key tow vehicle category. Coast’s Chairman Selling Up to 62,500 Shares

The Coast Distribution System Inc. reported it has been informed by Thomas R. McGuire, the company’s chairman, that he has established a plan, pursuant to Securities Exchange Commission Rule 10b5-1, to sell up to a total of 62,500 of the more than 495,000 shares of Coast common stock that he owns. The RV industry’s recovery from the Great Recession has picked up speed. As reported by The Associated Press, recreational vehicle makers are churning out higher numbers of travel trailers bound for dealers’ lots and, ultimately, campgrounds. A good crowd has assembled this week in Las Vegas to attend the Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo sponsored by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC).
