CrossRoads RV Party a Hit at Louisville Show
An exclusive CrossRoads RV dealer appreciation party, featuring Canadian rock group The Guess Who, drew around 400 people to the Hard Rock Café in downtown Louisville, Ky., Tuesday evening (Nov. 27), according to a press release.
“It was a positive, high-energy event that we wanted to host, thanking our dealers for their support and effort in 2012,” said Don Emahiser, president of the Topeka, Ind.-based Thor Industries Inc. subsidiary.
Tom Montague, general manager for CrossRoads and sister company Redwood RV, said booking The Guess Who as the headliner for the VIP-only party was a highlight for the event. “Our NGV brand is a new way of doing business,” added Montague. “The VIP concert, booth design at both Louisville and Open House, and our DSC (Dealer Support Crew) are just a few examples of how CrossRoads and Redwood are changing the game. We’re listening and our dealers, and customers are excited. In fact, we’ve had dealers tell us they can’t wait for 2013 to see what we do next.”
Traffic at the 50th Annual National RV Trade Show held at the Kentucky Exposition Center wasn’t as heavy as in years past, Montague noted, but the interaction between CrossRoads and its dealer body was “the best in company history.”
“We signed new dealers, shored up many old relationships and presented our full line of 2013 products this week,” said Matt Thompson, CrossRoads RV general manager. “We’re at the right price points, with the right features, colors and floorplans to make 2013 an even better year than 2012. And we’re looking forward to helping our dealers have an even more successful 2013, and this event was a great kick-off.”
