As Airxcel Inc. continues to integrate MaxxAir Vent Corp. into its family, the transition has “proven to be a smooth one,” according to a press release, as the companies co-exhibited at this year’s National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.

Fan cover manufacturer MaxxAir has now completed its move from Tampa, Fla., to Airxcel’s facility in Wichita, Kan., while its St. Louis aftermarket distribution center and Elkhart, Ind.-based OEM distribution center will remain open.

“It’s been a smooth transition for both companies so far,” said Pierre Briglio, Airxcel RV Group vice president of sales and marketing. “MaxxAir is a great addition to Airxcel and we’re looking forward to helping the business grow.”

MaxxAir is a leader in RV ventilation as the company’s louvered vent cover has sold more than 2 million units since its creation.

In addition to MaxxAir, Airxcel is also parent company to Coleman-Mach RV air conditioners and Suburban water heaters, furnaces and cooking appliances. The Marvair division of Airxcel offers a wide portfolio of air conditioners and heat pumps.
