Hydronic heating and hot water systems manufacturer Aqua-Hot has named Troy Hunt as its customer service manager.
In the position, Hunt will lead the customer service teams to “consistently exceed customer expectations, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty,” a press release stated. He will also deliver customer feedback to other departments within the company, improving support, services and products, while directing initiatives and strategy to build next generation customer support programs.
“Building a world class customer service organization, making customer service a brand differentiator for Aqua-Hot, and improving efficiency and effectiveness by updating systems, processes and procedures are my main goals in this position,” said Hunt.
Hunt has previously served as senior manager, global customer care operations, at Belkin International Inc. and as customer service manager at Constant Contact.
