The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) is readying for what it anticipates will be the largest and most successful show in the organization’s history. According to a press release, the 6th Annual NATDA Trade Show & Convention will take place Sept. 5-7 at the America’s Center in downtown St. Louis.
In conjunction with significant growth of exhibitor floor space from 240,000 square feet in 2012 to 290,000 square feet this year, exhibitor participation from markets related to the trailer industry has experienced a substantial rise in interest, including the truck accessories and RV segments.
NATD reported that 78% of the substantial exhibitor floor space is already sold out, including 15 first-time exhibiting vendors and six first-time exhibiting manufacturers.
The 2012 Trade Show & Convention was extremely successful for NATDA, with an attendee increase of 58% compared to its 2011 show. The success “brought an immense surge of support for the 2013 show,” according to the release, enabling NATDA to provide education seminars free of charge to attending Dealers.
In addition, attending dealers are eligible to receive free hotel accommodations – one room for two nights, per dealership – for a limited time at the prestigious Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel, which is located directly across the street from the trade show.
The trade show is the first and only industry event that caters specifically to the trailer dealer and is not open to the public. All segments of the industry are represented, including: enclosed, utility, horse, LQ horse, flatbed, toy hauler markets, towable RVs, race car, marine and dump. In addition to the vast array of trailers, a wide variety of accessory vendors will be exhibiting, including product and service vendors, financial institutions and insurance companies.
