Supplier B&B Molders Adds 4 New Employees
B&B Molders LLC, a Mishawaka, Ind.-based plastic injection molding company, announced the addition of four new employees. According to a press release, they include:
• Brian Shinabarger joins B&B as an RV sales representative. Past experience includes 15 years as general Manager at J-Mar Designs and seven years as sales manager at Custom Wood Products, both located in Elkhart, Ind. Shinabarger will play a key role in the design and development of new product solutions. His sales territory includes local RV industry customers plus all customers west of the Mississippi River. A 1990 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s in economics he resides in Elkhart.
• Sue Drewes will serve as assembly supervisor, overseeing assembly techniques while supervising all assembly personnel. Drewes has held similar positions at Schafer Gear Works, South Bend, Ind., and Sumitomo Electric of Scottsville, Ky.
• Ralph Dalton, holding over 31 years of injection molding experience, was named as production manager. He is charged with further advancing technology and scientific molding efforts, training techniques and new product development. His expertise will be utilized in the selection and procurement of advanced manufacturing equipment. In the past he has been a supervisor and manager at Visteon Automotive, United Technologies Corp. and CTS Automotive Corp.
• Shelly Hurst was hired as an administrative assistant. She joins the staff with over 20 years of experience in a similar position at the Troyer Group, South Bend, Ind. Hurst will be act as a customer liaison while also assisting with the preparation of all correspondence, keeping product information current and overseeing website updates.
