Goshen, Ind.-based Lippert Components Inc. (LCI) announced that Steve Jenkins has been promoted to vice president of operations for axles, slideout products, leveling systems and lamination. According to a press release, Jenkins and his team operate the largest, most diverse production facility in the company with more than 500,000 square feet and 1,100 employees in Goshen.
“Steve is a highly valued, well-respected member of our executive team,” said Todd Driver, COO of LCI. “His care for people shows in the way his teams perform.”
Over 13 years, Jenkins has held many positions with LCI from management trainee to general manager responsible for multiple facilities. As vice president of operations, he will continue to lead several divisions and provide insight as LCI continues to grow.
“Steve is a great addition to our executive team and contributes significantly to the strategic direction of the company,” said LCI President Scott Mereness.
CEO Jason Lippert added, “We are looking forward to further growth in Steve’s area. He has been leading as general manager at Plant 45 since we first opened the facility with limited product lines.
