Middlebury, Ind.-based  EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC announced that Jim Edmundson has been appointed regional sales manager for the Midwest region.

According to a press release, he will be selling EverGreen Bay Hill fifth-wheels and the new Tesla toy hauler fifth-wheel. Edmundson will be in charge of all sales activities and dealer retail training for the Midwest region of the United States. He previously managed the territory for over 10 years and developed extensive long-term dealer relationships while selling Keystone RV Co.’s Montana brand.

“We are very excited to have Jim as a key member of the EverGreen Bay Hill and Tesla sales team,” stated Dymon Farrer, general manager of EverGreen’s Bay Hill, Tesla and Lifestyle Luxury RV Division. “The fact that Jim decided to join us, coming from one of the most successful brands in our industry, was a compliment to both the stature of our products and the prospect of our growing market share. Jim knows higher-end fifth-wheels and will increase our presence in the Midwest dramatically. ”

Edmundson expressed his confidence in the product and explained that it was a plant tour of EverGreen’s manufacturing facilities that sealed the deal to join the EverGreen team.

“When walking the production line, I was struck by the superior engineering and attention to detail,” said Edmundson. “Dealers have many products to choose from and after an in-depth review, I felt extremely confident representing EverGreen’s Bay Hill and Tesla brands. The product looks great, is priced right, and there is a clear commitment to quality and innovation. This is what sold me on making the move. I have confidence in the growth of the company as a whole and I am very excited to represent and sell the Bay Hill and Tesla brands.”

Edmundson holds a bachelor’s  in business from Indiana University, Bloomington campus.
