Okla. RV Show Offers Chance to Win $25K Trailer
The 44th annual Fall RV Show & Bargain Expo will run Oct. 10-13 at the State Fair Park in Oklahoma City, Okla. The four-day show will be held in the Travel & Transportation Building and the Cox Pavilion.
Hundreds of RVs will be exhibited at the show with some newly added dealers, and organizers report a sold-out turnout of vendors for shopping.
Among the activities planned during the four-day show:
• John Holod of RV Adventures Video, who recently returned from the Hershey Show with record attendance at his seminars, will be conducting RV Adventure seminars each day of the show.
• A Kid’s Game Zone will feature the popular Game Truck all four days. This huge trailer can seat up to 32 kids at one time, all supervised, to play video games appropriate for all ages. Each player will receive a game poster absolutely free. In addition, the Kid’s Game Zone will feature vendors that will include a double-slide inflatable, face painting and balloon art.
• On Saturday, Oct. 12, the show will feature an “OU – vs. – TX” Tailgate/Watch Party on the largest big screen — 9 feet by 12 feet — in Oklahoma City. Attendees will also see a pre-game cheerleading performance by the Highland Hills Baptist Church’s Upward Sports Cheerleading Program right before kickoff.
A special highlight for this year’s show is “Play to Win an RV,” which offers a chance to win a new travel trailer valued at $25,000.
The show tickets are $9 for adults, 12 & under free, with free parking. More information and $2 discount coupons can be found at www.okcrvshows.com.
