Elkhart, Ind.-based supplier Atwood Mobile Products LLC has announced a bimonthly webinar series named S.W.A.T. (Success with Atwood Training) to provide technical and product training to OEMs, distributors, dealerships and service centers throughout North America.
According to a press release, the technical portion of the webinars will address installation, troubleshooting and sequence of operations for each of the various product lines Atwood supplies to the market. The product training portion will provide information to assist in the selling of the various items. The sessions will concentrate on features and benefits for the consumer, while providing tips to upsell the products.
“We are truly excited to establish a comprehensive training program that addresses sales, parts, warranty and service departments at all levels of the supply chain,” said Fay Flournoy, marketing associate for Atwood. “We envision the product training portion providing not only distributor sales and dealer parts and store personnel with valuable information to further promote and upsell Atwood products, but also OEM sales people who will gain valuable insight to promote the highly differentiated Atwood products the manufacturers have chosen to include in their units.”
Technical classes and product training will begin February, 2014, and will focus on Atwood furnaces. The specific details on dates and times will be provided in the near future. The webinars are limited to 100 participants and we will be enrolled on a first come, first serve basis. S.W.A.T. classes are free and feedback is encouraged to continue to improve the learning experience.
