Izbicki to Manage CrossRoads Customer Service

Topeka, Ind.-based towable builder CrossRoads RV announced today (Nov. 12) that Jim Izbicki has joined the company as the new customer service manager.

According to a press release, Izbicki will be responsible for helping maintain CrossRoads commitment to “creating solid partnerships with dealers and customers throughout the United States and Canada by promoting exceptional customer service for the company.”

Izbicki brings over 26 years of customer service experience, most recently serving as director of service operations for Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc. Prior to that, he worked as a parts advisor, tech writer, parts and service manager and director of parts and service at several RV manufacturers.

“We are very pleased to welcome Jim to the CrossRoads family,” stated Kim Price, executive consultant. “He is joining a very dedicated team that is committed to helping our dealers and customers. He understands our dedication and will help us improve it as our company grows.”
