“Outlook 2014: Everywhere” will kick off the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association’s (RVIA) 51st National RV Trade Show on Dec. 3 with an energizing multimedia program that offers an overview of the industry’s successes over the past year as well as a look at the industry’s promising future.
According to a press release, the free event for registered attendees will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a breakfast in the KEC South Wing Mezzanine Ballroom. One of the most anticipated annual industry events with more than 1,000 RV dealers and show exhibitors expected to be on hand, “Outlook 2014” will entertain and inform attendees with fast-paced, insightful presentations.
Hosted by RVIA Chairman Doug Gaeddert, “Outlook 2014: Everywhere” will feature RVIA President Richard Coon’s thoughts on the state of the industry and where it is headed in the year ahead in a presentation titled “Growing Everywhere.”
The industry’s Go RVing and public relations team will deliver “Seen Everywhere,” a multimedia report highlighting the most impactful advertising and public relations achievements in 2013 while previewing what’s in store for 2014. The presentation will feature Go RVing co-chairs Bob Wheeler and Tom Stinnett as well as RVIA Public Relations Committee Chairman B.J. Thompson and RVIA Vice President of Public Relations and Advertising James Ashurst.
Attendees will also hear from Sports Illustrated senior writer Peter King, one of America’s premier pro football reporters. King, who toured NFL training camps this year in a motorhome provided by Go RVing and Jayco Inc., will share his thoughts on his RV adventure and provide an insider’s view of the NFL.
The “Outlook 2014: Everywhere” program and breakfast are free for attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. All National RV Trade Show attendees are welcome, and no reservations are necessary. RV dealers who want to attend “Outlook 2014” but have not preregistered will be able to do so at either of the badge holder pick up stations in the South Wing C lobby starting at 7:00 am on Dec. 3. These badges will be prepared and waiting for attendees at the badge holder pick up station at the foot of the escalators when they exit the program. Those attendees subject to registration fees will have to go to the main registration lobby to obtain their show badges. Registration in the main lobby will also be open at 7 a.m. on Dec. 3.
