Truma Corp., a leading European RV component supplier, will be showcasing product as part of the Dec. 3-5 National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky. According to a press release, the company entered the North American market in August with the opening of an office in Elkhart, Ind.

“With our office and warehouse in Elkhart, we are right in the heart of American RV business and close to important OEM customers,” said Gerhard “Gary” Hundsberger, president of Truma Corp., which was recognized as a “Top 100” most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany.

Philipp Kreis founded Truma in 1949, naming the company after U.S. President Harry Truman. He developed the first certified RV heater for Europe in 1961. Today, the family owned company offers a wide range of products for heating, air conditioning, water systems, propane and power supply as well as maneuvering systems for travel trailers.

In Louisville, Truma will be located at booths 40-42 in the South Wing – Hall 1, and will preview a selection of its product lines, including LP tank level indicator LevelCheck.
