Aqua-Hot Offers Certified Tech Training School
To support its factory authorized service centers, Aqua-Hot announced the dates of its “2014 Aqua-Hot Certified Technician Training Classes.” According to a press release, the comprehensive program covers all of the company’s current and past products. After completing the two-day session, participants are credited 16 hours of training toward RVDA-RVIA service technician recertification.
Hydronic heating principles and design is also covered, as well as diesel and LP burner design, maintenance and repair. These sessions include current troubleshooting manuals, a factory tour, hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics training, technician certificate of completion and a refractometer (ethylene glycol and propylene glycol antifreeze testing device).
All two-day sessions take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Aqua-Hot’s Training Center in Frederick, Colo., on the following dates: Jan. 21-22; Feb. 18-19; March 18-19; April 22-23; May 20-21; June 17-18; July 22-23; Aug. 19-20; Sept. 16-17; Oct. 21-22; Nov. 18-19; and Dec. 16-17.
The cost for one to five technicians to attend is $300, for six to 10 is $450, and for 11-15 is $600.
