Mobile Sleep Components Offers Dealer Display
Littleton, Colo.-based Mobile Sleep Components will offer dealers an RV mattress display for their showroom floors as part of this week’s 51st Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.
“When buying a new RV — and almost certainly after they spend a night or two on their factory RV mattresses — most people look to replace them,” said Jonathan Kraft, director of sales and marketing for Mobile Sleep Components. “The mattresses are often uncomfortable and, when it involves a pre-owned RV, many people don’t like to sleep on someone else’s mattress.”
The company will be exhibiting a 10-inch Serenity Ultra-Plush mattress that features a top quilt and side panels along with a memory foam topper and mattress protector.
Because most RV mattresses come in non-standard sizes, RV owners can’t just go to any retail store and buy a replacement mattress, said Kraft. That means RV dealers have a captive market.
“We can do queen short sizes plus RV king sizes — just about any size an RV owner may need. We offer the most common sizes, including 60-by-75-inch (short queen), 48-by-75-inch and 72-by-80-inch,” he added. “Some mattresses have unique sizes and special corners. We even offer mattresses for Airstream RVs.”
There are more than 50 different mattress types used by Airstream Inc., some of which have a curved corner and radius. Mobile Sleep Components also offers a line of linens specially fitted for RV beds.
Kraft said the company’s production process is ecologically friendly, using CertiPUR-US certified soy-based foams laminated with water-based glue. All products are compressed and rolled and then shipped by FedEx Ground, instead of using less-than-truckload shipping, which further reduces the company’s carbon footprint. However, shipping to Canada and Alaska incurs additional surcharges.
Having the company’s show display is not required to have an account with Mobile Sleep Components, Kraft explained.
The product will be featured at Booth No. 523 in the arena area of the Kentucky Expo Center. For more infomation visit www.MobileSleepComponents.com.
