International RV World Hosts ‘Lightweight’ Expo
Michigan-based International RV World is holding its first Lightweight RV and Campground Expo this weekend at the Bay City Civic Arena. According to a press release, the event began on Friday (Jan. 24) and runs through Sunday, and will feature food, raffle prizes, campground information and live music.
The expo will be debuting new lightweight towable RVs starting at 900 pounds. Attendees will have an opportunity to browse more than 32,000 square feet of towable recreation vehicles from Rpod, Viking, Coachman, XLR, Skycat, Koala, Walkabout and Trail Runner. Manufacture representatives, local banks and credit unions will all be on site to answer any questions and provide instant financing.
“I am excited to showcase the new lightweight RVs as they can be towed by a minivan, SUV or half ton truck. These RV’s can be towed by anyone,” said Bobbie Harvey, owner of International RV World. “With our special show pricing and lightweight RVs, everyone can enjoy the RV lifestyle.”
Entertainment and a live broadcast from 98 FM KCQ Country will take place today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is three non-perishable food items or a cash donation, to be collected by The Good Samaritan Rescue Mission of Bay City.
