Kevin Phillips was recently promoted to president of Thetford, North America, the company announced today (Jan. 10).
“Kevin is uniquely qualified to lead Thetford into the future,” said CEO Stephane Cordeille. “He has an outstanding record of leading and managing exceptional growth, results-driven financial performance and operational execution. Kevin’s strong track record in growing companies, organically and through successful acquisition, is especially valuable as Thetford continues to expand its global market presence.”
Phillips joined Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Thetford in 2005 as vice president of sales and marketing, North America. He was elevated to executive vice president of North America in January of 2012.

Phillips has been an active industry leader, holding board positions on the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) and Recreational Vehicle Aftermarket Association (RVAA).
Before joining Thetford, Phillips held senior positions at Guardian Automotive, GKN Sinter Metals and Delphi Automotive. He has a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He is a native of Davison, Mich.
