Equal-i-zer Hitch Receives Stag ’14 Peach Award
Progress Manufacturing Inc., maker of the Original Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitch, was recognized with a 2014 Peach Award by
Stag-Parkway at the distributor’s annual RV conference in Puerto Rico. According to a press release, Stag-Parkway “seeks partnerships that create mutual success and recognized Equal-i-zer as an exemplary supplier partner.”
“We look for business partners that foster mutual growth and success in the market,” stated Martin Street, CEO of Stag-Parkway. “We are extremely fortunate to have wonderful supplier partners and recognizing those companies that exceed our expectations is always a challenge. At the end of the day, we select companies that deliver programs, strategies and products in such a way that you can sell more and sell it more profitably.”
Progress Manufacturing was also recognized in 2012 and 2013, “for exhibiting exceptional customer service, providing superior sales and training support and for being basically really good people to work with,” Street continued.
“This kind of effort and focus gets results,” added Street. “Our three year sales history is evidence of that – 2010 up 15%, 2011 up 26%, and 2012 up 20%. Well, Equal-i-zer sales were up 29% in 2013. I’m not sure I need to say much more than I am very pleased to present its third consecutive Peach Award, to Progress Manufacturing.”
Equal-i-zer has seen record growth over the last three years. Management for the company has focused on keeping and recruiting strong talent, improving systems, engineering the highest-quality products and supporting partners to help manage and leverage the growth.
