The group, comprised of dealer principles, sales managers and sales associates from 63 dealerships, earned the all-expenses paid trip by selling Lance’s truck campers, travel trailers and toy haulers over a six-month time period.

“We have hosted over 30 fabulous vacations over the last 23 years to the same resort, getting to know their staff as family members. The trip offered our sales associate guests a week of off-shore fishing, golf, side trips to Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos, ATV riding, snorkeling and the ever popular just hanging out poolside or oceanside option,” said Norm Jacobson, special projects manager for the Lancaster, Calif.-based builder.

Jack Cole, president and CEO added,  “The annual Baja trip not only rewards those who sell Lance products every day, it also gives the Lance staff an opportunity to get to know our dealer partners on a deeper level and as a result, is a very special time for us.

“Lance is somewhat known for carrying on a tradition of hosting our dealers over the years on trips to some pretty awesome destinations. In addition to this annual Baja trip which is targeted for sales associates, Lance has and will continue to host our outstanding dealer principle partners who obtain established sales goals each year, to memory-making locales that have included Costa Rica, Alaska, Hawaii, Cancun, Portugal and others, with this year’s selection being Dublin, Ireland.”

This year’s contest for dealer principles will award a trip to Ireland based on sales performance from October through May, and will be announced by Lance in mid-June. The trip will also have extension options to other “bucket list” destinations including London, England and Scotland.
