Webinar to Tackle Family, Medical Leave Act
From following required procedures to determining employee eligibility, employers need to understand complicated aspects of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to comply. KPA’s Kathryn Carlson will explain the intricacies of FMLA and how it interacts with COBRA, ADA, and more. This webinar will cover eligibility, employer responsibilities, as well as overlapping state and federal laws. Carlson is KPA’s vice president for HR Management products.
