RV dealers can learn how to stay compliant now that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and various state agencies are changing requirements for “reasonable accommodation” in the workplace to extend beyond disability.

According to a press release, a free webinar from the Mike Molino RV Learning Center will guide dealers through the latest developments and offer strategies for employers. The RV Learning Center, through a partnership with online marketing firm KPA, will present the webinar at noon EDT on June 26. Participation in the live event helps support the Learning Center’s development of new programs. Register at the KPA website.

Employment law expert Alec Beck, a partner at the law firm Ford and Harrison, will share strategies for employers and an overview of the new accommodation requirements the EEOC and various state agencies have been pushing.  Beck practices exclusively in the areas of labor relations, employment law and workers’ compensation.

If unable to attend register to receive links to the materials for later viewing. Dealers interested in prior webinar topics will find them on the RV Learning Center’s webinar page.  If you have any questions or feedback, contact Becky Ross at bross@kpaonline.com,  (866) 356-1735 or Karin Van Duyse at the RV Learning Center at kvanduyse@rvda.org,  (703) 591-7130.
