EverGreen Allots $1M For New Service Center

                                                   EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC announced today (June 25) that it is dedicating over $1 million in assets to a new, 25,000 square-foot customer service and parts center situated on 20 acres in Middlebury, Ind.

According to a press release, the free-standing facility will offer parts, service and warranty software to better serve customers and dealers. EverGreen strategically located the center directly across from the Elkhart County/Middlebury KOA Campgrounds to accommodate customers receiving service.

EverGreen’s President and COO Mark Boessler stressed the importance of this new service facility and his company’s commitment to satisfied, loyal owners of the EverGreen and Lifestyle brands.

“Since our Chairman Kelly Rose and our CEO Mike Schoeffler founded EverGreen, our dedication to customer satisfaction and service has been a dominate trait in the DNA of our company,” he said. “Today, with the announcement of our plans for this service facility, and with the purchase of real estate ready for development, our founders have again shown their commitment to providing the best service and customer satisfaction in our industry. This kind of bricks and mortar dedication to customer service is another way we distinguish ourselves as the best in our industry. “

As one of the fastest growing RV companies in the towable RV segment for 2013, Boessler said the new facility and the parts and service fulfillment software to support it will be critical to solidifying loyal customers to the 11 EverGreen brands of travel trailers and fifth-wheels.

EverGreen’s $200,000 investment in the quality-driven customer service and parts software is a key factor in the success of the new EverGreen customer service and parts center.

“I am thrilled about the continued expansion of the EverGreen parts, service and warranty group,” stated Director of Warranty and Service Tony Chupp. “This newly acquired facility will further augment the existing service operations while enhancing the dealer service levels and the EverGreen retail ownership experience. The entire EverGreen manufacturing and business campus at its headquarters in Middlebury has grown to three manufacturing plants, along with corporate offices and the new service center encompassing over 305,000 square feet under roof on over 100 acres.
