Jayco Makes Moves in Customer Service, Sales
According to a press release, Marc West was named vice president of customer service for the Jayco Motorhome Group. West will be responsible for all motorized technical service and dealer support, warranty, and factory service.
Tadd Jenkins, president of the Jayco motorhome group, noted, “Marc’s tenure with Jayco, along with his vast knowledge of customer service and its processes will be an asset to the Jayco motorized team, its dealers and customers.”
With West’s move to the Jayco Motorhome Group, Dave Eash has accepted the position of vice president of customer service for the Jayco towable division. Eash will manage technical service and dealer support, warranty, and factory service for the towable division along with consumer affairs and parts for all Jayco and Starcraft Inc. products.
“Dave has built great relationships with our dealer base throughout his 32 years at Jayco, which will serve our dealers and the end-user well,” said Matt Thompson, Jayco towable president. “There’s no doubt in my mind that Dave is the right person to lead our customer service department. His vast product knowledge and ability to form and manage relationships will uphold the integrity of Jayco and the respect it has earned over the years.”
In addition, with Eash’s departure from the Jayco towable sales department, Brad Whitehead was named vice president of Jayco towable sales. Thompson stated, “Brad has 30 years of industry experience. His knowledge of the industry combined with strong leadership and sales skills make him a prime candidate to grow the Jayco towable division and capture market share.”
Whitehead started his career in the RV industry in 1984 and most recently worked as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Skyline RV group.
