Kropf Industries Tops April Park Model Sales
“This is an incredible accomplishment that we are very proud of,” said Kropf co-owner Curt Yoder. “All the recognition should go to our dealer network that recognizes the difference in dealing with our staff and making sure that every customer they sell our products to is completely satisfied. I know we have the best dealers out there for recreational park trailers and allowing us to achieve this ranking is a significant event for our company.”
He added, “We have a 65-year old tradition of building homes that reflect our commitment to quality. It is a testament to why we have been in business so long. With a devoted following of customers and dealers, we stake our reputation on every home that leaves our production facility in Goshen.”
Linda Mailhot, owner of Seacoast RVs in Saco, Maine, and Kropf’s top dealer in the country noted, “We certainly want to congratulate Kropf Industries on the great job that they do. We started our business relationship with them when we started out in the RV industry, and the very first park model we ever sold was a Kropf. Park models continue to be the cornerstone of our business and no one does it better than Kropf Industries.”
One of the things that sets Kropf apart from other park model manufacturers is the consumer’s ability to custom design the perfect trailer for their needs, the company said.
“Kropf is willing to build anything that will fit in 400 square feet to make our customer’s happy, compared to other manufacturers who push cookie-cutter models down the production line,” said Mark Casstevens, owner of Countryside RV in Yadkinville, N.C. “This means a whole lot to our dealership and our customers. We like to say if Kropf doesn’t do it, then it can’t be done. Kropf allows us to building long-term relationships with our customers. With 60% to 70% of our business now being park models, we couldn’t ask for a better business partner.”
Consumers who enjoy destination camping often find out about Kropf from other RV owners. “They are very knowledgeable about park model trailers and if they didn’t buy a Kropf unit the first time, they become an excellent prospect when upgrading or moving to a new campground or park model resort,” Yoder said.
John Medima, owner of Vacationland Sales in Hopkins, Mich., just two hours from the Kropf factory, said, “Kropf is very accommodating to the dealer and their customers, they will mix and match interiors and adjust floor plans to work with the customer’s ideas and suggested changes until they get it just right. Experienced park model enthusiasts are very particular and when they discover what can be done with a Kropf recreational park trailer and how accommodating the company is. We frequently take prospects on a tour of the factory because we are close to Goshen. This is usually a major investment for buyers and they have been thinking about it for a long time. Working with Kropf we are able to build the unit of their dreams and have another very satisfied customer.”
Yoder added, “In and industry where relationships and product selections change every year, it is refreshing to be able to achieve this success because of our longevity in the industry, but more importantly, the quality of the business relationships we have with our dealers and the customers they have confidently sold Kropf products to through the years.”
