RVDA Confab Will Offer Parts & Service Tracks

RVDA convention logoParts and service professionals can learn new ways to increase profitability, provide top-notch service, and boost productivity at the 2014 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo, slated for Nov. 10-14 at Bally’s in Las Vegas.

According to a report on RV Executive Today Online, this year’s convention has parts and service tracks with workshops offering proven methods for ramping up profits and exceeding customer expectations. The hour-long workshops feature new convention presenters with dealership expertise who were chosen for the education program by dealers themselves. The sessions provide CEUs for RV Learning Center-certified service writers/advisors, service managers, parts specialists and managers, and warranty administrators.
