McClain’s RV Accepts Pink Winnebago Minnie
McClain’s RV SuperStores has accepted the chain’s first pink Minnie in support of breast cancer awareness, according to an announcement from Winnebago Industries. McClain’s RV’s has initially purchased 15 pink Minnies for their five locations throughout Texas and Oklahoma. and is going above and beyond in their fight to help find a cure for cancer, according to Winnebago.
Nate McClain, president of McClain’s RV SuperStores, said, “In addition to the $1,000 Winnebago is donating to the American Cancer Society for each pink Minnie sold to dealers across the U.S., we will also donate $500 for every Winnebago towable and motorized product we sell from each of our five locations during the months of September, October and November. We are very excited to be a part of this great cause — to have the opportunity to help raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness and join the fight to help find a cure for cancer.”
Johnny Hernandez, Winnebago Towables president, said, “We welcome McClain’s RV’s participation in this program. I can’t tell you how excited we are to work with McClain’s RV’s on this project. Together, we can make a huge difference.”
According to the American Cancer Society, breast cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer death in women, and more than 200,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women this year.
The pink Minnie with the breast cancer awareness ribbons is a special option that will be available through this fall on six popular Minnie floorplans.
