Cruise Inn RV Parks announced the 40-RV-park brand network has added Trent Arnold as executive vice president and CFO.
“As Trent assumes the role of EVP and CFO, his first charge will be in the area of finance and treasury,” said President and CEO Scott Anderson. “As Cruise Inn grows, the need for more reporting on the progress of our parks and the financial progress of Cruise Inn is required. In addition, Trent will assist in the advancement of the next generation of technology to be implemented at our company. With the changes in the purchasing habits of the Cruise Inn customers, the need to continue to be on the cutting edge of technological advancements is critical. Also, he will assist in all areas of the company as a trusted and knowledgeable partner to me.”
Arnold has a long history in the hospitality and outdoor recreation industries, and was a key member of the founding team of CNL Lifestyle Properties, a real-estate investment trust, where he served as director of investments. In this role, he focused on outdoor resorts, golf courses, marinas, ski areas, and RV parks and campgrounds.
“I’ve been watching Cruise Inn since it started,” Arnold said, “and was honored when Scott and the board offered me the opportunity to join the leadership team. Scott and I share the same vision for Cruise Inn and its role in changing the future of the RV park industry with an innovative and proven marketing and branding offering that drives real value to park owners and creates the best experience for park guests in the industry, and I could not be more excited to be a part of this company’s future.
Arnold will have an opportunity to meet Cruise Inn park owners at the brand’s third-annual member conference Nov. 11-13 in Fort Worth, Texas. The weekend’s schedule is designed to give Cruise Inn members the tools and strategies to help increase their parks’ profitability, as industry experts will be discussing the latest in marketing, revenue strategy, channel management and trends.
