Keystone Automotive Operation (KAO) Canada has announced the promotion of Rob Edwards to director of sales and Chris Cisalowicz to regional sales manager.
According to a press release, Edwards is a 36-year RV industry veteran with deep roots in the market. “He has the unique ability to leverage RV dealership operations, OEM sales and aftermarket distribution experiences to help his customers and teams grow,” stated Ralph Ruzzi, vice president Canada Sales. “He is ideally suited to help us handle our growth and exciting future for the NTP/STAG Canada Team.”
Rob joined Keystone Canada in February of 2012 after running the Coast Distribution sales efforts in Canada. He held the role of regional sales manager for KAO Canada Inc.’s RV business in Canada and was instrumental in the growth and integration of Stag-Parkway and Coast into the NTP family. “His efforts played a key role in the successful integration of customers, cultures and personnel during a very important phase of our growth, furthering our commitment to serve customers in Canada,” stated Ruzzi.
“This is an important and exciting time for our company,” said Edwards. “We are investing heavily in new business solutions aimed at getting our customers the right products when they need them along with marketing and merchandising tools to help them sell more profitably. I think these commitments put us in the best possible position to support RV aftermarket sales and service in Canada.”
Cisalowicz will be moving into the regional sales position for NTP/Stag Canada’s Mississauga location and will report directly to Edwards. He joined Keystone in 2010 as a customer support agent and moved into sales in 2011. “Chris’s dedication to his customers is undeniable,” stated Edwards. “He has immersed himself in the market and has become an invaluable and inspirational member of our sales team. I can’t wait to see his brand of enthusiasm unleashed as a sales manager. The customers in his region are in for a real treat.”
Cisalowicz noted, “I’m extremely excited to lead the best sales team in the RV aftermarket industry and with the support of our suppliers and Keystone Operations teams we will work to further improve our customers’ experiences while growing our partnerships with them.”
