The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) announced the Dealer Education lineup for the 2017 NATDA Trade Show & Convention being held in Indianapolis on Sept. 7 – 9.

“Dealer Education is of massive importance to our association and community,” said Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director. “We wanted to kick off our program right by offering some incredible education seminars at our trade show. This is a great opportunity for our dealers to not only gain some valuable expertise, but really get a fantastic introduction to some of our educational partners.”

Below is a brief overview of the free Dealer Education being held 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7.

  • “Churning Out a High-Performance Service Department” presented by Bob Clements of Bob Clements International.
