Furrion is hosting a “Wrap Party” to close out the Elkhart RV Open House at its new Innovation Center and Institute of Technology, just west of the RV/MH Hall of Fame and the Thor exhibit on Independence Court. According to the company, the party kicks off at 2 p.m. on Thursday (Sept. 21) and will run late into the evening.

The event will include food and drinks and a closest-to-the-pin driving contest on the company’s golf simulator. Furrion will also be giving away a 75-inch TV worth $2,499 as part of the festivities with the winner being announced during that evening.

“We’ll have go karts running today and tomorrow,” said Taylor Senne, marketing coordinator for Furrion’s Innovation Center which officially opened in May. “There’s a golf simulator and helicopter rides today only and a barbecue outside for the party tomorrow serving burgers and brats.”

The Furrion Innovation Center is a fully solar-powered building featuring a “country club” with golf simulator, virtual reality experience, gym, sauna, showers, bar and lounge for relaxing and entertainment, and a pool table. The site features a heliport that serves as a transportation hub for customers across the area and an outdoor lounge and fire pit area for entertainment on eight acres of land.
