Bristol, Ind.-based Renegade RV is recovering following a stubborn fire on Saturday (Oct. 28). According to a WSBT report, the fire took crews hours to contain.

The factory is massive, but the fire was contained to just one motorhome. To fight the blaze, firefighters had to take extra precautions.

The factory’s alarm system alerted the department. “We thought it was in the roof at first, but it did not spread. The sprinkling system did its job by keeping it at bay until we could get in and take care of the problem,” said Nick Kantz, Bristol fire department chief.
