Canadian motorhome registrations continued to climb as overall sales showed a 38.4% gain for the first 10 months of 2017.
According to the latest report from Statistical Surveys Inc. (SSI), Thor Industries Inc. was the motorized sales leader through October, capturing a 41.2% market share, ahead of Forest River Inc. with a 35.8% share and Winnebago Industries Inc. (11%).
Class A registrations rose 18.8% through October as Thor led the segment with a 35.9% market share followed by Forest River (19.4%), REV Group (12.2%) and Winnebago (12.1%).
In the Class C sector, sales climbed 49.9% for the 10 months. Thor led the category with a 43.6% market share while Forest River captured 43.4% and Winnebago had a 10.5% share.
