Dutchmen RV debuted a new Aerolite 2843BH travel trailer at the Louisville Show, featuring the company’s signature Happi-Jac Powerbunks.
The unit is 33 feet, 9 inches long with a dry weight of 6,520 pounds. The dual-entry coach, which retails in the mid to high $30,000 range, sleeps up to 10.
“Along with the rest of the Aerolite travel trailer brand, it’s a full-featured coach with the auto level, fully heated enclosed underbelly, InCommand system, the 39-inch TV, nice soundbar, upgraded solid surface countertops with a nice split 50/50 sink, a big 21-inch flush oven and an 8-cubic-foot refrigerator,” said Matt Gipson, general manager overseeing the Aerolite and Astoria lines.
The rear Happi-Jac Powerbunk – accessible from the outside by a 30-inch wide compartment panel – is listed as a triple bunk, Gipson added, saying many customers raise the beds to the ceiling to create an office, play space for children or dedicated area for pets.
